bonus, work, grameen bank,
Monday, April 9th, 2007 Hemh… after waited for 3 months before(with a little desperado (T_T)…..) here comes the bonus…
the payday has arrived.
The bonus quite lots enough for me. Then i decided to save it for me and my family for future benefit, or else??!!..(established a foundation or?!!). When we talk about bonuses from company we work with, some times the discussion tends to be motivate or give a boost to your inner spirit. Yep…The company award and acknowledge your performance you do in a full year(but since i was a new staff in the company my performance has been evaluated for a half year). Alhamdulillah my grade performance is ‘good’ in the eye of my GENERAL MANAGER hehehehe….
Well, I remember when i was work very hard dan smart in d office suddenly it remind me of muhammad yunus who founded grameen bank in 1983 and later he was awarded a nobel prize in 2006. Muhammad yunus is indeed a true pioneer and a good example of someone who give all his work, effort, heart,time and money to the poor people and society in bangladesh.
I wish and hope that i would become the next muhammad yunus. But first thing first. Saving a lot your money and experience/knowledge (at least i was involve and active in labour unite in d office)and doing a good thing paralel to the poor people and society in your home town or your working office
well, Alloh please give me a strength, support, wealth, knowledge to be like muhammad yunus…. i hope… in the near future.
